Work Environment\n

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated outpatient team that operates primarily in a remote setting, ensuring flexibility in your work-life balance. While adhering to a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some adjustments may be required based on the needs of our patients. Our supportive network includes not only mental health professionals but also psychiatrists and other specialists, allowing for an integrated care model that deeply enriches the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks oriented toward patient assessments and therapeutic interventions:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and formulating suitable treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and enhancing resilience among clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to encourage trauma processing and equip patients with coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support for patients facing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, developing coping strategies, and connecting them to vital community resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Furthermore, possessing valid licensure in Colorado as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential. We specifically seek professionals who demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in trauma-related disorders, along with effective communication skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants should ideally possess at least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in trauma-focused therapy. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team will set candidates apart. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also highly beneficial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year.
