Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide various forms of therapeutic interventions, such as individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to effectively address clients' diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care and continuity of treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted professional license as a Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and availability.
