Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality for clients.

• Stay updated on the latest mental health research and advancements by attending workshops and participating in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and promoting positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations affecting counseling practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse, family and couples therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
