You will work collaboratively with primary care providers to address mental health and psychosocial issues while being well-supported by our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct patient intakes that involve careful diagnostic evaluations and the development of treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Facilitate brief interventions for patients seeking mental health services and follow up to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.

• Assist patients in building self-management skills, equipping them with educational resources to actively participate in their treatment and recovery.

• Collaborate with primary care team members and recommend referrals for patients who require specialty mental health services.

• Develop relapse prevention plans aimed at helping patients maintain stability and function through ongoing support.

• Document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans meticulously in clinical records, ensuring continuity of care.

• Remain observant of at-risk patients, developing proactive plans to mitigate potential worsening of their conditions.

• Contribute to the clinic's overall program effectiveness by consulting on behavioral service delivery and outcome evaluations.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards as outlined by the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling is required.

• Current and valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) License in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment, treatment planning, and the relevant theories and methodologies, including DSM-IV diagnoses.

• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual English-Spanish candidates are highly preferred.
\n
• Significant knowledge of community resources and their applications in treatment plans.

• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and maintain effective relationships with patients and their families.

• Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate clinical records.

• Strong ability to express oneself clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
