Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center, you will:

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, assessing their progress, discussing stability, planning upcoming appointments, and evaluating discharge readiness when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with the specific needs of clients.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments that evaluate clients' needs and establish benchmarks for treatment.
\n
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions to address clients’ mental health goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to their situations.
\n
• Engage in ongoing individual supervision for professional development and reflective practice.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client treatment outcomes.

• Maintain a growth mindset in all facets of your work, seeking opportunities for personal and professional improvement.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A valid and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials with unrestricted, independent practice ability.

• At least one year of experience providing clinical services within an outpatient setting post-graduation.
