Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Supervising clinical care for patients with a variety of psychological needs, ensuring proficiency and adherence to best practices.

• Conducting individualized and group therapy sessions, tailored to each patient's specific requirements.

• Performing comprehensive mental health assessments to develop effective treatment plans and logs that detail progress and strategies.

• Collaborating with patients and their families to create and implement successful intervention plans that acknowledge their unique emotional and psychological concerns.

• Handling crisis situations with sensitivity and expertise, utilizing advanced clinical skills during therapeutic interventions.

• Providing a range of personal counseling services, including individual, conjoint, and family therapy, along with referrals to specialized professionals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients experiencing various psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Applicants must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid state licensure is required: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
