Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to thrive in a flexible setting that promotes work-life balance while maintaining high professional standards. Our outpatient office is equipped with telehealth technology, empowering you to engage with clients effectively from any location. You will have the freedom to manage your schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough trauma-informed evaluations to assess and document clients' trauma history, enabling the development of appropriate treatment pathways.

• Design individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, utilizing current best practices in the field.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to client-specific presentations.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering a safe space for trauma processing and the development of coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute trauma responses or related emergencies.

• Support clients and their families through education regarding trauma responses and coping mechanisms, facilitating empowerment and understanding.

• Maintain high standards of documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and team meetings to stay updated on trauma-informed practices and emerging research.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
