Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Consistently collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination and ensure each client receives comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

• Provide effective crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, using your clinical expertise to de-escalate situations and stabilize clients.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness, educate the public, and foster supportive dialogues around prevalent mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health center primarily serves a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a wide range of other mental health conditions. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals who may have otherwise faced barriers to accessing care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proven cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills that ensure comprehensive documentation and effective treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience working in community mental health settings or clinics.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and other digital health tools to enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
