Work Environment\n

This position is conducted remotely, providing flexibility while allowing you to impact the lives of clients in a supportive setting. Our detox center operates daily, and you will be expected to maintain a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential flexibility to accommodate patient needs. You will utilize electronic health record systems for documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations in maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique situation, developing tailored treatment plans based on established goals and evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting methods as you engage with patients according to their specific therapeutic needs.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records by using our electronic documentation systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to create an integrated care plan for each client.

• Participate in regular team consultations, case meetings, and peer reviews to continuously improve the quality of care provided and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy with the ability to customize therapeutic interventions for individual clients.
