Fusion Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This full-time position is primarily remote, providing an opportunity to engage with clients via telehealth services. You will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues.

Work Environment\n

This role allows for a flexible work setting, primarily utilizing our telehealth facility to interact with patients. Your work schedule will generally consist of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on patient availability. As part of a remote team, you will have access to advanced telecommunication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems that facilitate effective patient management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Manage and lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community among individuals experiencing similar challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and stabilization to clients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to enhance practice standards.

• Stay abreast of contemporary research and developments in mental health therapy to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Proven track record of delivering individual and group therapy, demonstrating sensitivity to the cultural and emotional needs of diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in EHR systems as well as standard computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000, commensurate with experience.
