Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and emotional distress. Our therapists are equipped to provide culturally competent care, respecting the myriad backgrounds and experiences of our clients to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license in one of the following areas: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic techniques will have an advantage. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually based on caseload and experience. Additional benefits include administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, ensuring that our therapists can focus more on client care and less on administrative burdens.
