Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals.

• Provide therapy sessions, including individual counseling, marriage and family therapy, and group therapy, based on your expertise and patient requirements.

• Perform comprehensive mental health screenings to evaluate treatment progress, adjust care plans as necessary, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage in team meetings and case collaborations to share insights and strategies that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist within our organization, you will work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, with applicable qualifications such as LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• Active licensure as a mental health provider (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in California.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and continuing education related to mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
