Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, leading to tailored treatment plans that meet individual requirements.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities based on client needs.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to deliver integrated care, ensuring continuity and coherence in treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, effectively managing emergency situations while demonstrating empathy and expert judgement.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a varied client population with diverse backgrounds, including individuals from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. Qualifications\n

• Active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Proven ability to establish rapport, demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills that facilitate therapeutic relationships across diverse client populations.

• Cultural competence in working with varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups is essential for effective engagement and treatment.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring timely documentation of client sessions and compliance with regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth service delivery, familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and a strong background in community mental health settings will be advantageous. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and previous involvement in outreach initiatives is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your expertise and professional credentials.
