Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' unique mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that are adapted as necessary over time.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy utilizing a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, whether in one-on-one, group, or family therapy settings.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being, ensuring continuity in treatment and enhanced patient outcomes.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing your skills in a compassionate manner to stabilize situations and connect clients with further support.

• Engage in educational outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health resources and reducing stigma within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who present a spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. By serving individuals from varied cultural backgrounds, you will enrich your clinical experience and contribute to enhancing mental health literacy in the community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completed a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and growth.

• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring effective outreach to clients from a range of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
