Key Responsibilities\n

Oasis Care serves a diverse clientele in the Fresno area, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Bachelor's degree is required; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates with varied backgrounds, experience in outpatient therapy and knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also beneficial in catering to our client base's needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our employees receive:
