Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Forte Well-Being, your daily responsibilities include:

• Empathetically conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring ethical guidelines are followed.

• Implementing solution-focused treatment methodologies to address clients’ unique mental health challenges.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the individual needs of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing assessment and treatment for stable, low-acuity adults coping with a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your professional record.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with an empathetic nature are essential for building trusting relationships with clients.

• Proficient computer skills to effectively utilize our virtual counseling platform.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient mental health settings where they have employed various therapeutic techniques and modalities. Knowledge in teletherapy and familiarity with managing client cases electronically will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In addition to a sign-on bonus, our compensation package includes weekly direct deposits and a salary range between $90,000 and $104,000 based on your working hours. Full-time counselors also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to assist with medical expenses.
