Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a full-time therapist to work remotely. Our outpatient office model supports flexible scheduling, allowing therapists to accommodate patient needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We emphasize a collaborative team approach, where you will regularly communicate and confer with colleagues to enhance the integration of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are sensitive to the cultural backgrounds of each patient, ensuring a transformative therapeutic experience.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions that consider each patient’s distinct cultural and personal circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
