Work Environment\n

This role will be primarily remote, offering the flexibility to manage your work environment in the comfort of your home while maintaining access to our outpatient office for collaborative initiatives. Our work schedule generally spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories, establishing a foundation for tailored treatment.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery and resilience, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support patients through their healing journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to share and process their experiences.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated, comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and an appropriate response to trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them with tools for their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Engage in team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment approaches and remain informed about the latest advancements in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse array of patients, primarily survivors of trauma who may be dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, or dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, characterized by a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer applications, facilitating seamless documentation and patient management.

• Ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team environment while contributing independently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
