Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, involving psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to craft personalized treatment strategies for each client.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to design individualized treatment plans that consider their specific cultural backgrounds and personal goals.

• Utilize distinct therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across a variety of formats such as individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care, particularly for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation—including progress notes and treatment plans—aligned with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient information remains confidential.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
