Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role utilizes telehealth technologies, allowing the therapist to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes while maintaining the same high standard of care. We provide a flexible schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, some adaptability may be required to accommodate clients' diverse needs, ensuring that our service delivery is comprehensive and client-centered.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to carefully evaluate clients' trauma history, allowing for tailored treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are centered on trauma recovery, actively promoting resilience and empowerment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing specialized techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients can process their trauma, engage in healing, and develop practical coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, providing immediate support and guidance during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and effective coping mechanisms to foster understanding and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings focused on enhancing trauma-informed practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals who have experienced trauma, including but not limited to those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Therapists will guide clients through the complexities of their experiences, providing a safe space for expression and healing. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, reflecting the skills and experience you bring to our team.
