Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s history and determine effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic approaches that cater to the unique recovery journey of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate patient healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, specifically in trauma-focused therapy.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and recognized trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
