Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring you remain connected with a collaborative team dedicated to trauma recovery. You will work with a diverse range of clients, participating in a supportive community health clinic atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate the unique requirements of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma and establishing coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care that optimizes patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, equipping patients with immediate support and resources.

• Engage in educating patients and families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, thereby fostering awareness and understanding of available support resources.

You will work with clients affected by PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, utilizing a trauma recovery model that honors each patient's unique experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with trauma-affected populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
