Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic methods, engaging in individual, couples, families, and group therapy sessions to foster growth and healing.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, using electronic health records in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in counseling or mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
