Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to understand clients' needs comprehensively.

• Utilize effective evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to address a variety of mental health challenges across individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide vital crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate support and that their safety is prioritized.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, aligning with both clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their support systems through psychoeducation, imparting essential tools and knowledge crucial for managing mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver holistic care that addresses the complexities of client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, depending on experience, education, and skill set.
