Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client's mental health symptoms, strengths, and needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Develop culturally sensitive and family-centered treatment plans, guiding clients through individualized outpatient services, including both individual and family counseling sessions.

• Employ trauma-informed practices consistently in all interactions, ensuring a safe environment for clients as they disclose and work through their experiences.

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the clinical team and service coordination teams to provide holistic care and establish continuity of services.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and manage client assessments, treatment plans, and other essential paperwork in compliance with organizational standards.

• Carry a specific caseload tailored to programmatic needs, providing timely assessments and crisis interventions as required, ensuring that all clients receive prompt support.

Your primary focus will be on serving vulnerable populations, including individuals and families facing socioeconomic challenges, those with a history of trauma, and clients experiencing acute mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Applicants must have a Master's Degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field.

• Possession of an active clinical license in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required; we do not accept licenses that require supervision.

• Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining regular attendance and fulfilling all client meeting obligations as scheduled.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 4 years of experience working as a mental health professional with vulnerable populations, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges faced by these communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
