Ultimate Support Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health therapist, specifically a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of activities integral to the healing journey of our patients, including:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify individuals' histories and tailor treatment strategies effectively.

• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring they are responsive to each patient's unique needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients uncover their trauma narratives, and develop healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for emotional regulation.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate integrated and comprehensive care for our patients.

• Providing timely crisis intervention and support in response to trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization for affected individuals.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance support systems outside of therapy.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation, fully compliant with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to keep abreast of advancements in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we also value unique skills and perspectives that candidates may bring to our team. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
