Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals who have experienced varying degrees of trauma. You will work with people affected by PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, providing support tailored to their unique experiences and needs. Understanding the specific challenges faced by trauma survivors is essential to helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
