This full-time role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing essential mental health services to our clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to connect with clients through a secure telehealth platform. Though predominantly remote, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our dedicated outpatient team in our clinic's office setting when needed. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address various mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and the highest quality of care.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care and discuss case progress during regular consultations.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and local community services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
