Work Environment\n

This role will be performed in a remote setting that allows for flexibility while maintaining access to essential resources and support. The outpatient office provides a structured framework for collaboration with colleagues and access to continuing education opportunities. Our work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for individuals facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Provide immediate counseling services to clients struggling with addiction and other pressing mental health issues, ensuring that they feel heard and valued.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, honing skills in crisis counseling and remaining proficient in best practices within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, state-issued Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
