Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological needs, strengths, and areas for growth to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring clients receive holistic care that addresses their emotional and social needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment interventions using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate seamless communication and continuity of care.

• Contribute insights and recommendations for service delivery improvement, actively participating in team meetings aimed at enhancing client care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base consisting of individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Your role will be crucial in facilitating coping mechanisms and fostering resilience, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling services to individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
