Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, actively listening to patients' experiences to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Craft and manage individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize the unique journeys of trauma recovery for each patient.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to address trauma symptoms effectively.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist patients in processing their trauma, developing healthy coping strategies, and promoting holistic healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, enhancing recovery outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients have access to timely and empathetic care.

• Offer education to patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available health resources within the community.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, prioritizing trauma-informed practices and maintaining best treatment practices through continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic focuses on serving individuals confronting various trauma-related challenges, including those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating a solid grounding in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position falls within the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
