Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, ideally focused on trauma-informed services.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

• A team player who can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and remains calm in high-stress situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the capacity to utilize various computer applications in documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
