As a remote employee, you will enjoy a flexible work schedule, primarily operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate patients' backgrounds and trauma histories to determine personalized treatment pathways.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and improving overall mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each patient's needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to enable patients to process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and encourage healing.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated, interdisciplinary care approach for patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and coping techniques.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience within a mental health setting, preferably with trauma-focused therapy.

• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and demonstrated use of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
