Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, discuss any challenges, and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use concerns of new clients.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all clients in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in individual and team supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and promote collaborative growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize client outcomes and coordinate care effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and innovative therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth and young adults seeking mental health support. Our clientele includes a diverse group of individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As an LPCC, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate these difficulties, fostering resilience and promoting overall psychological health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
