Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to determine patient needs and risk factors.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, cultural considerations, and personal challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailored to individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.

• Maintain diligent clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and relevant regulations.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, with actual compensation based on experience, education, and geographical factors.
