Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to determine the needs and goals of each patient.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, emphasizing their specific needs, objectives, and cultural backgrounds.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailored for individuals, couples, families, or groups.

• Offer crisis intervention services, working hand-in-hand with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, while complying with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate their mental health conditions effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
