Work Environment\n

This position is primarily a remote role, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own space while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. However, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with your team in an outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments by gathering detailed client histories, understanding their presenting concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses, and generating personalized treatment plans.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to client needs.

• Offer crisis interventions to support clients facing acute mental health challenges and emergencies, ensuring safety and immediate care as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized client records, documenting treatment plans, session progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive treatment and continuity of care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available in the community, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attendance at workshops, training sessions, and conferences to remain updated on best practices in mental health care.

You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely-related field.

• Outstanding clinical assessment and diagnostic skills tailored to diverse populations.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our dedicated team.
