Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, allowing for the formulation of personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through virtual sessions, using a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to each client’s preferences and goals.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting, ensuring they are actively involved in their therapeutic journey, which promotes accountability and empowerment.

• Maintain structured documentation that captures relevant information regarding therapy sessions, including client progress and any adjustments to treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients in a remote setting and establish a therapeutic alliance.

• Culturally sensitive with a strong understanding and commitment to diversity in therapy practices.
