Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and align with the clients' unique circumstances.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing techniques suited for individuals facing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to enhance their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Minimum of four years of experience as a practicing mental health counselor with a proven record of effective client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
