This position offers the flexibility of remote work alongside the capacity for in-person sessions at our outpatient office located in Mesquite, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches, adapting techniques to accommodate diverse cases.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
\n
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular professional development workshops to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and treatment philosophies.

Our clinic primarily serves youth and families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Strong understanding of clinical interventions and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
