Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs and concerns of clients, formulating individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide compassionate individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to each client.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in alignment with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to stay informed about the latest best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships and effectively engage clients in their treatment.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a supportive attitude towards clients, recognizing their unique experiences and challenges.

• Attractive compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
