Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Bliss, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs using standardized tools and interviews to inform individualized treatment planning.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client through secure online platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly review progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques based on clients’ preferences.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and clients' progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, case consultations, and networking with other mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on providing care to a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master’s degree or doctoral level degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for the establishment of a strong therapeutic rapport with clients in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with a background in telehealth services preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
