Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing a thorough understanding of their personal histories and current challenges.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions to adult clients via teletherapy, ensuring timely and meaningful interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload will primarily consist of adults navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences is essential in fostering trust and facilitating meaningful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a positive therapeutic alliance.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a full caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions by licensing boards.
