This role will operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexible work hours that can be tailored to suit both the clinician's and clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities, to support clients in achieving their individual service goals.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds to communicate client progress and modifications to care plans with fellow team members.

• Provide case management support, collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, treatment provided, and progress notes as per departmental standards and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant credential recognized by the State.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Commitment to working up to 40 hours per week to accommodate client needs.
