Our facility predominantly focuses on helping individuals with substance use disorders, and we aim to empower our clients to overcome addiction and lead fulfilling, sustainable lives. This role offers flexibility, allowing for a work-from-home arrangement while delivering essential therapeutic services remotely as well as in our outpatient office located in Millheim, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will be pivotal in the recovery journey of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the substance abuse history and mental health of clients. \n
- Developing tailored treatment plans that confront addiction and any underlying mental health issues. \n
- Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methods and interventions. \n
- Collaborating with a cohesive multidisciplinary team consisting of counselors, social workers, and psychiatric professionals to ensure integrated care. \n
- Providing education and support to clients’ families to involve them effectively in the recovery process. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. \n
The primary focus of this position will be on clients who struggle with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related issues. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, adapting treatment approaches to suit each client's unique needs, values, and cultural considerations.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A valid mental health license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a complementary field. \n
- Demonstrated expertise or specialized training in addiction counseling and recovery processes. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating both substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. \n
- Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills that allow for the motivation and encouragement of clients in their recovery journey. \n

Consideration will be given to candidates who have:
