Work Environment\n

The role is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging meaningfully with clients through our telehealth platform. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for adjusted scheduling to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and understand patients' needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
