Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health evaluations to identify clients' unique trauma histories and formulate appropriate treatment plans focused on healing and resilience.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding clients in processing traumatic experiences, developing effective coping strategies, and promoting their overall recovery journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other specialists to ensure an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention assistance during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and effective support.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma reactions and coping mechanisms while providing them with resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation of patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with prior exposure to trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and a robust understanding of resilience-building strategies will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
