Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload, building rapport with clients to establish strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for transitions or discharge.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date progress notes in adherence to organizational policies and legal guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's history and current mental health status to inform treatment planning.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and promote professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• Proficient in using technology and software tools, including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and clinical documentation platforms such as Pimsy.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
