Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree specializing in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A track record of effective communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and an understanding of diverse client experiences, which are essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, enabling you to balance multiple clients and maintain accurate records without compromising the quality of care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, prior experience in providing teletherapy will be considered an asset. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
