Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to develop accurate treatment plans based on their specific needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy, utilizing therapeutic modalities that align with the patients' goals and values.

• Complete necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, in compliance with specified time frames.

• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety and wellness plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support patients in maintaining stability and recovery.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for patients finishing their therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, maintaining high standards of practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and relevant educational opportunities to enhance your skill set.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and improve service delivery.

• Complete all licensure renewal requirements and mandatory training sessions pertinent to the field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
